i hate when i take lunch "early"... because then i have so much more work afterwards to sit through. and i say early.. as in normal. i'm so used to taking my lunch at like 1:30 or 2, so that when i come back it's 2:30 or 3:00 or so, and i only have 2ish hours of work left. i took my lunch early today to have lunch with my family before they went to the airport to send off my aunt.. but now it's only 3 o'clock and i feel like it's been FOREVER. blah.

anyways.. this weekend i'm going to the SAN DIEGO ASIAN FILM FESTIVAL! yay. some of the cherry sky shorts are in it. yay! and after looking through the program i found out one of my friends from high school have a film in it to. that's neat. if you're in or around san diego (LA is "around") you should check it out. it'll be way fun.. plus san diego is awesome. we'll go eat carne asada fries. yum. oh yea.. if you look on the festival page .. there are some 30 second shorts to promote the festival. the one with the yellow caution sign (cherry sky films) is one that i helped on!! go watch it!! the girl in it used to model for gap kids.. hehe.. nice huh? :P it's a play off the whole "pedestrian crossing" sign from the freeway near the border check for illegal immegrants running across the freeway. i know everyone in san diego and their mother has played off that sign, but whatever. it's really well shot though. so.... check it out :)
